Where do you ship from?
We ship from our partnered warehouses and factories located in United States, France and China. If you order more than one item, please expect your items to be shipped separately as different items can be collated in different warehouses and since we want to ship your order as soon as possible we start from warehouses closest to you where the selected item is available.
How long will it take for my items to arrive?
Shipping times vary from product-to-product; based on demand and shipping location.
For United States, it will usually take 7-14 business days for all orders to arrive. For other countries shipping time can take up to 25 business days.
How long will it take to receive a tracking number?
It will take usually between 2-4 business days.

What if my order arrives incomplete, damaged or defective?
We are really sorry to hear that. Just simply take a picture about the product and sent it to our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
One or several products are missing after the delivery, what should I do?
If you ordered more than one item, please wait a bit longer. For sure you will receive another package soon. Some products can be sent at different times and from the different warehouses so that you will receive the products available as soon as possible. The delivery times are generally between 2 and 3 weeks. If you do not receive all your products 4 weeks after your order please contact us at email@example.com
Where is your company located?
We have an office in the beautiful country: Poland; Our supply warehouses and contractors are located in USA, France and China.
Which currency will I be charged in?
We process all orders in USD. While the content of the cart is displayed in several currencies, you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate.
Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?
Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders. Please contact us if you don't receive one within 24 hours.

Will, I (the customer) have to pay customs?
For most countries, you will not have to pay customs, but it depends where are you located and if you order more than 1 piece. In some cases you might be asked to pay small customs fee.
